New User Registration

The policyholder must be registered on the LIC website portal in order to obtain the certificate/receipt. This facilitates obtaining the login information (password and username).
The user can log in and download the receipt after completing the registration process.
- Visit the LIC website page and select LIC e-services from the list of available online services. https://licindia.in/Home-(1)/Customer-Portal
- On the page, click “new user.”
- Enter the policy details, contact information (including your email address and mobile number), birthday, Aadhaar number, gender, and more.
- A new page will show enter the username and password based on preference.
- Now you can log in and check premium paid certificate details.
How to get the LIC Premium paid certificate/receipt.
To continue user needs username and password details for easy access. This means the user should register to proceed.
- Open the LIC website page. https://licindia.in
- On the menu, select the “customer portal” tab under online services.
- Proceed and click “registered user” from the LIC e-services.
- Now enter your login credentials: username, password, and date of birth.
- The page will present two choices:
- The individual policy paid statement
- Consolidate premium paid statement.
- The policyholder can download a premium paid certificate for any of the options.
- Enter the policy number and financial year.
- Next, select the download premium paid receipt button.
- The system will generate the certificate on your device. Users can also get a printout copy to use as a hard copy.
