Accountabilities

As one of our graduates, you will have responsibility in business-critical areas and be required to regularly integrate with and take part in departmental deliverables and projects. Work in various departments to get a feel for the pharmaceutical industry.

Utilize a range of digital and virtual platforms to independently work as well as in a team setting. I can juggle multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure. Give tasks a “Project Management mindset” Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and consistent manner, both verbally and in writing.

Utilize a variety of business intelligence tools and software to manage and analyze enormous amounts of data. plan, coordinate, and run in-person and online meetings. Learn how to complete tasks using a variety of digital software. Assume responsibility for your personal development; draw lessons from your errors and impart them to others.

Education Qualification

We are looking for graduates who have completed their final year of study (averaging a minimum 70% for their final year) in the following disciplines:

Not Applicable. (Applicants with more than one year of permanent working experience may not be considered.

Successful program graduates are required to rotate among Cipla’s three sites in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban as part of the program’s “rotation” methodology.
